So I just bought an 87 f150 with a 4 inch lift on it already. I want a 6 inch would i be okay to just buy extended brake lines. 6 inch Front coils and shocks and a 2 inch block kit in the rear?

This will work if the front axel pivot brackets have two axel pivot holes. One hole will be for the 4" setting the lower hole is the 6" setting. You may need longer drive shafts as well. 6" lift seems to be the gray area when it comes to drtive shafts some have needed to replace them with longer ones......some have not needed to. I went with 4" lift and 3" body i got all the lift i wanted and didnt have to spend 300 per shaft. Plus with the body lift it made working on the truck SOOOOOO much easer to access the back of the engine and top of the trans.
