Pics In Gallery Didnt Load Right

i cant seem to erase the pics that didnt fully load. i tried to edit gallery but that didnt give me any option to erase pics. the erase button seemed like it was going to erase the whole gallery. i checked in the help section but didnt see anything. thanks for the help

Well if i am doing it right . you should click on the larger view of the pic then the delete for that pic.
