there is a few ways to do freeze plus. one is to try anything you can get your hands on that'll fit in tight places to yank the plugs out. two, take a hammer with a piece of dowl or anything like that and hit on one side of the plug to knock it side ways in the hole then grab hold of it with anything and pull it out. three, the lazy way just knock them thru into the block and leave em to rust away. really theres no easy way to change them with the motor still in the truck since such a tight space to work, so just use your mind and do it away way ya can think of to get em out
