JUST BY LOOKING AT THE 302 AND 351W, HOW CAN YOU TELL THEM APART? :-B

intake is a little wider on a 351 other than that nothing really

The rear oil pan seal surface is also wider than a 302 . 302 there the same front and back .

The deck height on a 351W is about 1.5 To 2 inches from the water pump jackets. The deck of a 302 is very close to the water pump jackets.
