Brand new to the site, but have an offer that may interest someone. I have a 1978 F-250 ranger XLT 4x4 that I am parting. I am claiming the front Dana 44 and the steering gear for my 73 Highboy, but the rest is up for grabs. I have sold the Dana 60 rear, driver's door, steering wheel, hood latch and some minor interior trim.
Some highlights of what is available; entire drivetrain, 400m/4-spd/NP-205, all the XLT racetrack trim, gas tanks, windshield, passenger glass, dash pad and bezels. Motor supposedly has 83k on it, but the starter is stuck so I can't verify if it runs. Please contact me if interested as I am willing to deal to get this out of my driveway.

my 78 f250's midship tank is plastic and it has what's left of the mounting unit. It's metal and surrounds the sides and bottom of the tank. Do you have one on your 78? If so hopefully it's in better shape than mine. Let me know. So rust is ok as long as it's fixable, mine isn't.

Hey I have a 78 ford f150 XLT Short Bed. I am looking for the XLT trim for the truck. But first of all is it a short bed or a long bed and if it is a short bed what shape is the trim in?
