If the front brakes are sticking, you may have an obstruction in the master cyl. or in the line between the master cyl and the front wheels. When you bled the brakes after installing the new components, did you gravity bleed the system, or was someone pumping the pedal? Someone pushing the pedal will force fluid out even when it won't flow on it's own. Make sure the reservior is full and open a bleeder to see if the fluid comes out freely without pushing the pedal. Follow the line from the wheels back up to the master cyl., looking for any mashed places in the line. If that checks out, your problem may be in the master cyl. Remove the cap and look inside. Is it rusty, or is the fluid dark an murky? If so, replace the master cyl. and flush the entire system with new fluid. Over time, DOT 3 brake fluid becomes acidic and corrosive, deteriorating metal parts. Silicone brake fluid (DOT 5) helps eliminate this problem, but has a "spongy" feel in the pedal because it compresses slightly under pressure. Never, Never, Never mix brake fluid types!!! Also, Check your rear brakes. If they are badly out of adjustment, this could contribute to the pedal not coming all the way back up. Hope this helps.
