When cold, the truck starts right up.

When driven for 10 minutes or so, the truck will barley starts. It almost sounds like it is a dead battery kind of starting. When it cools down, starts right up.

I have replaced the: Solonoid, Starter, and Battery - to no avail.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Ditto. Remove and clean your ground connections.
