ok hi everyone
what is the block under the leaf spring caled its not the small the one thats on it is about 4 in tall its not after market its factery if u need a pic let me know and i will get one and all so if u know what it is were can i get one

I would assume it is the factory lift block you speak of, if it is not aftermarket. I do not know what size the factory one is though. Maybe somebody can shed some light on this, but that is all I know it could be.

Both of my '79 F250's had a 4" factory lift block in them.
