Does anyone know if Bronco brake lines and F-100 brake lines in the early models were the same?

Does anyone know if Bronco brake lines and F-100 brake lines in the early models were the same?
Just in case you haven't figured this out in the last four months: You must know that Broncos and F-100s are not the same size, right? Broncos are more narrow and shorter than a SWB F-100. I have friends that own early Broncos, and are quick to remind me that some parts do and don't transfer over from either. My investigations have turned up that not many parts are the same, as the Bronco is basically (my opinion) Ford's Jeep. That's why they're smaller.
