I have a 1984 ford ranger with a 2.3L 4cyl engine. The engine non computerized and carburated. The vehicle would not start an hour after I shut it down. I have replaced the coil and cap and rotor. The coil has ignition power present and a good ground. I checked for spark at a plug and none found. I am suspecting distributor or the ignition module on the fender. I believe the truck has a durasparkII system and the module is made by wells located on left inner fender. How would I diagnose this to eliminate one or the other?
