I' building my 1978 f-150 4x4 into an off road monster. i want to put a 9 inch suspension lift, tube doors(know any sources for thoses), and 53 inch michelins(any idea where to get 20 inch steel rims). Im open to any and all suggestions and just wanna know whta you guys think. My friend is doing the work cause im stationed in Okinawa with the USMC till 09 but i want it ready when i go home on leave. any idea on gear ratio for those 53". mostly mud and trails not much rockcrawling. its got a .40 400 with fresh heads edelbrock dual plane and 650 truck avenger carb with headers, and three inch straight pipes.Thanks for helping out a jar head guys. get some axles.they will be the biggest expense
