I just bought a 1988 Ford Ranger 4x4 automatic, V-6. I had it tuned up and fuel and air filter's replaced. It doesn't have much power, about 45 mph tops. What could be the problem?

Sounds like the throttle and/or throttle body aren't opening all the way. OR 1988 is EFI rite?... Could be throttle position censor <_< Depends if the Ranger has any other problems.
