Go to ford-truck.com then go to forums, sign up. they will answer any and all of your questions. they also have alot more categories to choose from

They may - but you want to check a chart first or you'll end up with a rough ride. Maybe check online search engines and use ' Ford leaf spring fitment chart' or something of the sort.
