I wanted to check some infromation with you guys. would a tranny from a 1992 -1995 f250 or f350 with a 351 with 4x4 and a e4od tranny work with an 1992 f150 xlt 2wd truck or do I need to find a 302 v8 f150 2wd with e4od?

if you change out the tail shafts the trannies can be interchanged. the older trucks had solid tailshafts compared to the 92-96 models.
