Hello,
I have a 1994 Ford F-150, it was special ordered with a 351W and a heavy-duty transmission. We have seached high and low with no luck to find a computer. It seems not many of these trucks were ordered this way and it seems impossible to find this computer (EEC-IV). They do not make them anymore and our local Ford Co can not even find one. It has to be this code number exactly, F4TF-12A650-SB, which is located, Once the computer is out, on the connector, it is the center set of numbers. We have tried other computers with the same number, but with the SB being different letters, and the motor will run, but the transmission will not shift correctly. It seems this is the part of the number that shows the transmission size. We were told that the 94 Full-size Ford Bronco's also had this computer if special ordered like ours was. We have tried many salvages thoughout the US and still no luck. There is no hope for this computer to be rebuilt, it caught on fire and melted the inside of it because of the windsheild and or the firewell letting water leak into it (the outside casing was rusty and it was melted and wet inside). We are just lucky it did not burn the truck up. If anyone has any suggestions, or knows where we might find one, you would be a life saver!

Not sure if this will help, but you can call and talk to someone about the code number you have.
