hi, can anyone tell me what axel i have using this tag that was on the rear diff?

That is a Ford 9" rear axle, with a 2.75:1 gear ratio, open differential. The top row of numbers & letters is referred to as BOM (Bill of Material) numbers for ordering parts. The bottom row designates the axle gear ratio, then the axle type, followed by a date code. In some cases, the first number of the gear ratio is hidden under the bolt that holds the tag to the cover. Also, a factory-equipped limited slip or L/S rearend will have an "L" in the ratio. An example would be 2L75...
