I have the chance to get a HP dana 60 out of a 1986 ford f350 for some cheap money and was wondering if a can fit it under my 79 f250 with out many mods. Ive heard that the pumpkin is off set more towards the drivers side so i dont know if this will affect my drive shaft angle. I finally broke the 44, snapped the knuckle in half.
Front dana 60 ?

don't the 80-86 front axles mount wiht coil springs instead of leafs?
