I've been converting my 92 f150 to a 4x4 and i ended up getting a 89 donor truck that was wrecked for parts. the transmission is fine but i'm not sure if i can just swap out the transmissions out or not. the 89 has a t-18 and the 92 has a m5od-r2. is it possible to just use the 89 transmission, and is there any converting i might have to do?
