have a 79 f250 there is a draw on battery which is draining the battery. i have already put a test light between the neg cable and battery and started pulling fuses, i have pulled them all and light is not goin out does anyone got any other ideas what it could be

Try disconnecting the fusible link.it will be close 2 the battery.it's hooked up to the starter relay.if you pulled all the fuses the link should be the only thing left.I'm curious let us know what you find out.
