trying to make sure my engine is a 46o in my 77 f150 4x4 b/f i get some parts , this code is on the block pass side near the back [dive 6015 a2b ] and this is the door code 133 rb f143 br4 g16 , 06350 1977 73 , any help greatly app thanks

You will have to check the numbers on the crank, 429s start with 4u and 460 starts with 2y or 3y, since they are from the same block. 6015 is a typical casting number for ford engines and a2b will be the revision number.

The VIN number is on the door tag upper left corner of tag. 4th digit is a 'J' for 460.

The numbers you posted were the wheelbase, color, type/GVW, body, trans, axle, etc,.

thanks for the help the 4th diget on vin is s , but i got thinking i removed the ex manafolds { there both broke} and the code on them is d3ve 9430 ab and cve 9431 a , will this tell me ? thanks again

The 9430 is the exhaust manifold number. You need to find the number on the heads.
