I have a 1991 f350. The fuel pumps did not run.
1- Changed the fuel pump relay, did not fix
2- changed fuel pumps, noticed there was only 7.5 volts at the pumps
3- Ran the KOEO test , code 95 displayed "fuel pump circuit failed- PCM to GRD", can not determine if it might be a failure in the ECM(computor). Any suggestions?
