Have a 77 ford e 350 (chateau) has 460 engine, new carburetor, after replacing fuel tank and install of new holley electric fuel pump appears to flood at start, runs fine if starts, has no regulator. Need to install regulator and know what pressure to set at. Can someone help. Jrm
