Anyone know how to free up a locked up transfer case?? It seems to be stuck in fwd. I have tried to place in in all gears to remove it and with no success.

Sounds like shifter forks. No quick fix for those, what model is your T-case?
1997 F-150 XLT -- 4.6L -- Automatic -- 2WD 3.55 Limited-Slip (ext Cab, reg Bed)
1984 F-350 XL -- 460in³ -- C6 -- 2WD (Crew Cab, Long Bed)
