Welcome to BroncZone!!! There is some info in the "How-to Articles" forum section. There is also a complete section just for the SAS at fullsizebronco.com, as more members there have done the swap. Good luck!

BIGBRONCOS.COM has an article that lays this out step by step on their home page. The kits cost from $1800-$5000. If you have a shop w/ a lift, Tansmission Jacks, cutting torches, 100 1/2" drill bits, a couple of buddies, and a lot of patience, the job is not that difficult, and can be done in about a day and 1/2. I helped a buddy do this swap on a '89 F250, and it was easier that we both thought.
