yes most everything is the same. Just diffirent body shapes. from the front fenders to the door will interchange on a truck and bronco. The drive train is all the but but a Tad shorter rear driveshaft. The tcase on Bronco's use aflange type shaft mount, while most truck use slip yokes. Be easily fixed.
