I am in the process of restoring a 83' Bronoc and need some pictures of the vacuum lines. The existing lines have melted and/or been disconected and the Hayes manual is not very descriptive. Can anyone post some pictures or tell me where I can find some?

I don't have a picture for you but the following may help. There should be a calibration chart on the front left part of the cross brace that the hood latch is attached to. there are numerous calibrations so showing you a picture of some other enginse calibration probably won't be the one on your engine.

In that chart you will find a schematic of the vacuum system.

Red is for mainvacuum lines

Orange is for the heat control valves (some call the one on the exhaust a heat riser, if there)

Black is for the evaporative emissions control. May also be used for some vacuum distribution functions s well as White.

Green is for the EGR control

Blue is for the hrottle kicker (AC only)

Attached is a picture for a 1985 351W 4bbl to give you an idea what it looks like.

Good luck,

:)>-
