Well, I bought my first Bronco. It's a 1984 with a 302 with an after market Edelbrock Preformer 4Bbl intake and Holly 450CFM. I bought the Bronco for $900 at a small time car lot near Carisle, Pa. Thinking I got it on a steal, I barely make it home my first time driving it. Next day I decide to give it a tune up. Major Oil on the plugs and oil coming from everywhere on the front end plus enough blowback to have the oil leak from the breather filter down to the exaust. I decide to rebuild the 302. Crankshaft needs reground, cylinder walls out of round and both heads cracked and the tranny is no good. Even with all this, I love this truck. I found someone who would sell me an '83 bronco for $250 for parts and the motor and tranny were both factory rebuilds, with only 40,000 miles on both but the body is rotted beyond repair and he wants it gone.

A long winded explanation, but anyone willing to throw some good advise my way go for it. Hopefully I'll get some pictures of it soon.
