i'm a new member to this site. i am located in south alabama. i am starting to completely upgrade my '66 and will be needing some different parts and some techical support. at this time, i am removing the body tub from the frame. it was an original half cab with 70k actual miles that my great uncle purchased new. i am currently catching a lot of flack from people for "destroying" this collectable, but i assure you that any changes made can be reversed so i'm gonna have fun.

After you are finished with the body and frame, replace the suspension for a good quality ride. Duff, BC Broncos & Wildhorses make a good set up. Run a single shock per corner and it will ride way softer. Stay away from Rancho and Superlift (stiff stuff).
Wheel it like you stole it!
