I would avoid that truck and look for another. The E4OD can be expensive to repair ($2500-$3000). IF it's slipping, it's probably building up alot of heat, which will give the tranny fluid a brown color or a burnt odor. JSM84

Fluid isn't burnt and it still drives i'm getting the truck for a good price just curious what i need to do to fix it. I've torn through transmissions and put them back together.(working even) so i have some idea of what i'm doing.

Cool, if you're intent on getting the truck, my post was just to advise you of what it could cost for repair. There is a link to more E4OD info in the Tech Articles forum at Bronco Zone, just click the link at the top of the main forum page here at Ford "F" Zone. May help you determine what's causing the slippage or problem shifting. Sometimes, it may be just a shift sensor not working, others you'll need a complete overhaul. IIRC, the parts are around $1500 for a complete rebuild. You should consider upgrading to 95-up model parts, as there were some improvements made by Ford engineers to the earlier version of the E4OD. Good luck!!!
