I have a 78 f150 fulltime 4x4 my transfer case just went bad and im thinking about swaping it with a 205 so it will be a part tme setup with lockouts. Has anyone done this if so what do I need to get before I start.

just go to a boneyard and get everything out of an f150 w/ the tcase you want to use and swap over to it. linkage and all. im not sure about the drive shafts, they or one or the other may be too long or short also.
