if all components are good then an alignment is a good idea. check to see if the tire pressure is good or if the front brakes are dragging, both will cause a vehicle to wander or pull to one side

Before allinment Have some one move steering wheel and see how much play till it moves steering box. These trucks r known to have boxes wear . A alinement shop may help and if its a good shop they will adjust it for ya.
