i have a 73 f100 4x4 with a 390 cid. it has a a c6 auto in it. i also have another 73 f100 2wd with a 4 speed. is it posible to convert that 4 speed ot a 4x4 trans. mind you that the transfer case on my c6 bolts to the trans. not like the earlier ones with a stub shaft between the two.

Definetly easier to find one ready to go . From the looks of part blow up i have it be like a complete rebuild when done . But I've been wrong before
