Wanted to lift my 73 250 6". i have seemingly stock front suspension and 4" blocks in the rear for now. i want to get rid of the blocks and have leaves on all corners. Checked out atlas and they are reasonable and havent heard any negative things about them. what other mods (drive shaft, steering, etc.) will i have to make to lift the truck?

you should be alright with driveshaft, although it wont hurt to lengthen it anyway. Probably going to need a pitman arm and adjustable drag link. May or may not need longer brake lines.
