I have a 1989 full size bronco and i want to build a better and lighter canopy for it. I've spent two weeks looking for some blue prints to do this, but i have found nothing. Does any one know were i might find something along these lines.

It is already fiberglass so it is lighter than steal. The next thing you can do is go with a soft top. Bronco graveyard has a few to chose from
