Found a draw, unpluged the alternator and the draw went away. Took the battery and alternator to a shop and they both checked out to be good. The problem is intermittent. Where should I begin?

it still could be the alternater ford uses a "cs" style unit its sorta like a generater in that it must create a magnetic field around the winding to charge. kinda like having to prime a pump to get it to work. anyway when the windings get week and start to break down the unit will still charge but when at rest it still draws power from battery ( a cs style alternater can be damaged by unpluging the positive battery while it is running) you can not test it like the old style ones. use an amp meter while turned off check at the battery wire on the back of it there should be no amp drawl on it.
