[FONT=Arial][SIZE=7] I have a 1985 Bronco and it is stuck in 4Low. the linkage on the transfer case moves and it moves inside the transfer case but it will not disengage from 4low in any position.
What Can I Do?
What should i do?

get under the truck and look at the back side of the t/case there should be a square area that you can turn to get the t/case back to 2hi

if your under looking at the linkage and see it moving inside the Tcase. it sounds like a broke shift fork inside the case and time for a rebuild. but besure there is no play in the linkage first. because they have a little pastic gromlet that they slide in.
