A vacuum line feeds through the firewall and T's into a another line. This linethen goes to the back of the engine and the other side goes the vacuum resevoir on drivers side of engine compartment. As your looking into the engine compartment, line should be just to the right of the center line of the engine, just above the engine. Look for disconnected line or you may have a leak in your resevoir.

Since it's all ripped up- you start by locating the main line into the vacuum control (you must have Air Conditioning or else there's no vacuum lines). This main line (good luck finding which one it is) must connect to the engines intake manifold (where vacuum is made). I hope you only have one hose disconnected. Hope this helps.
