Hello, i am having a real hard time finding a matching rearend for my 98 the tag says 3 73 88 8d08 the closest i can find is a 99 ranger with the tag code of 3 73 75 8l16 will this work or do i need one with the same code? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks...

if its a 3:73 it should work all should be pretty much same but may be a difference in 2 and 4 wheel drive
